Acceptance of Terms: By downloading or using SwipeToCleaner, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application EULA.

Subscription Services: SwipeToCleaner offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time via your iPhone’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for the photos and videos you choose to delete. SwipeToCleaner provides a tool for management; once a file is deleted from the “Recently Deleted” folder in your iOS Photos app, it may be permanently lost.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that all file sizes (especially iCloud-optimized ones) will be 100% accurate before final system verification.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and any disputes will be handled in Izmir Courts.
